Let's Talk About the Skrmetti Decision...
And Why the Legal System in the United States Can Be Fake
Readers, you have all likely heard about or hopefully fully read United States v. Skrmetti, the momentous decision by the United States Supreme Court.
Many other outlets have covered the legal history (which can be exceedingly tedious) and personalities involved, including The New York Times in an extensive article with quite a bit of information on everyone’s favorite lady lawyer Kate Bachrach (Chase Strangio), the first “openly transgender” person to argue in front of the Supreme Court.
This post is not meant to nitpick the so-called sophisticated legal matters because it is actually quite simple to point out that this case along with Bostock v. Clayton County (2020) reveal that the “transgender” agenda and legal designation are frauds, and the US legal system operates on power while pretending to function on precise logical categories and legal theories.
