Ten Responses to the Exquisitely Asinine Brain Scans Argument
Can Men Have Ladybrains? No, They Cannot
It is something that, unfortunately, one hears somewhat frequently from defenders of the “trans” lie.
Some highly intelligent advocates insist they have foolproof evidence to support their irrefutable claims…brain scans!
That is right, dear readers.
Science can now prove “trans” is real because somehow a male can have a female brain, which means he must play women’s sports and expose himself in women’s bathrooms. Amazing.
A 2022 brain scan study contains the following information about the test subjects:
Twenty-four transgender women (biological sex: male; perceived gender: female) were recruited through local community organizations.
How can one’s “perceived gender” be female if biological sex and gender are different?
Right off the bat, the very premise, like “trans” generally, is illogical.
Here are ten responses anyone can use which reveal just how nonsensical, contradictory, and incoherent the brain scans (and the entire “trans”) argument is.
1. This is an admission that biological sex exists, right?
Some “trans” ideologues argue that sex does not even really exist, as it has been supplanted by “gender.” A University of Toronto professor called “Nicholas Matte” made this claim on Canadian television while debating a seemingly sober Jordan Peterson.
If these brain scans evaluate males for female brains, that means sex must exist because female and male are the two sexes. What else can be tested? How can “gender” be tested here if “gender” is social, feelings, behavior, culture, everything, anything, nothing, etc.?
This can only be an explicit admission that female and male are the two sexes, and they must exist because they make the scans possible.
2. What is a female? What is a male? Provide a definition for each.
Many “trans” ideologues appear to use the words “female” and “male” seemingly without even thinking about what they truly mean. Asking for a simple definition of each causes reflection upon what is being discussed here.
In humans, females have XX chromosomes and produce large gametes (eggs) while males have XY chromosomes and produce small gametes (sperm).
Your mother is female and your father is male, and that is how human reproduction and evolution work.
This is not complicated, there is no spectrum, and genetic disorders do not change this fact. How else would the subjects be classified within the study in the first place?
Now, apparently, we are meant to assume that there is a replicable way to identify a part of a male brain which is female—based on what? That slice of the brain has XX chromosomes and produces eggs, unlike the rest of the male body in question?
This is absurd and irrational.
3. What is a female brain if not any brain in a female body? What is a male brain if not any brain in a male body?
We cannot be born in the wrong bodies. Our bodies are the space in which we occupy the world. Therefore, any brain that is in a female body must be a female brain. Likewise, any brain that is in a male body must be a male brain. How else can they be described or labeled?
We are our bodies, completely and totally. As Amy Sousa states:
But trans ideology teaches the opposite, to disregard the body’s impulses and superimpose the mind’s will onto the body. This is treating the body like a thing rather than as the self. But the body is the self. We are our bodies. If you hit my body, you hit me. To perceive one’s mind and body as separate entities is to be in a state of dysfunction.
Therefore, one’s brain cannot be separate or a different sex from one’s physical body.
4. Why should the brain be the determining factor while chromosomes and genitalia are not?
Scientists arguably understand the brain, of all human organs, the least. How, then, can poorly understood brain scans of delusional males somehow override significant scientific understanding of chromosomes and genitalia?
Scientists understand how and why XX and XY chromosomes work, and how female and male genitalia work, in much deeper ways when compared to how brain neurons and synapses work. Why should an inscrutable unknown override something that is understood? Why should a delusional feeling (of which there is no replicable proof) cancel out chromosomes and genitalia?
The answer is, of course, that it should not.
5. How did a female brain end up in male body? Or a male brain in a female body? Explain that.
If a female brain somehow landed in a male body, there should be a way to explain how it happened. By what mechanism did this occur?
When pressed, “trans” ideologues struggle to explain even their simplest claims since the agenda is based on a lie, and as such, nobody really knows what is going on.
Fine. If no one knows what is going on, why should these males be given estrogen and free passes into women’s bathrooms? If the condition is shrouded in total mystery, why should “affirmation” (hormones, plastic surgery, birth certificate alteration) even be considered viable treatment?
The answer is “affirmation” should not occur because males cannot have female brains as nobody can explain even the simplest premise involved, and that is because “trans” is a lie.
6. Why do males who claim to have ladybrains still commit crime at the same rates as plain old males with male brains?
If the males who claim to have a “perceived gender” of female truly did have ladybrains, they would exhibit lower rates of violence, like actual females. Yet and still, these males continue to exhibit male patterns of violence and crime, particularly sexual crime. For example, in 2019, 81 of the 163 “transgender” (i.e., male) prisoners in England and Wales had at least one conviction for a sexual offense.
The outstanding news outlet Reduxx regularly covers the “trans” agenda and the violent, criminal males associated with it (using correct sex-based pronouns). It reports on men like James Tubbs, a repeatedly convicted child molester sentenced to prison for beating another man to death with a rock, and David Warfield, sentenced to life for the depraved triple homicide of a lesbian couple and their son.
These men commit crimes like men because they are men, and there is no such thing as “trans.”
7. Do any male bodies have female livers? Hands? Kidneys? Hearts? Feet? Or is it just brains?
If an organ like the brain can be female though it is housed in a male body, can this apply to any other organ? Can a male have a female kidney? Can a female have a male liver? If not, why not?
On average, males have larger hands than females (7.6 inches in length compared to 6.8 inches). What if a female happened to have hands that were over 9 inches in length?
Does this mean that her hands are male, as opposed to the rest of her female body?
Of course not.
This claim is ridiculous, as the “female brain in a male body” notion is, along with the entire “trans” agenda.
8. Has anybody ever been required to get a brain scan before surgeries or hormones?
If the brain scan argument is incontrovertible proof that one can be born in the wrong body, then there should be a requirement that those who want hormones and/or surgery must prove they have the opposite sex’s brain prior to treatment.
Were brain scans required of Bruce Jenner before his chest implants and genital mutilation surgeries? Was there a ladybrain underneath this hat before his weave was sewn in? Were brain scans required of Ellen Page before her breast tissue removal surgery? There is no proof they were. Will there ever be a reliable scan applicable to anyone and everyone?
It is apparent that this will not happen because the entire premise is nonsense. There is a karyotype test that works well, however (Bruce is XY and always will be).
9. Why does anyone provide biological proof for “transgender” identity, which is supposed to be social/cultural?
It has been repeated many times that sex and gender are totally different because sex is biology and gender is social (and cultural and behavioral and psychological and hobbies and clothing and makeup and personality and hair, and you get the idea). Therefore, one’s “transgender” status has nothing to do with biology, from genitalia to hormone levels.
Then why is biological proof offered for something that is completely social? If someone who claims to be “trans” can merely make a proclamation based on feelings, clothing, or a “social role,” what is the point of using proof from a biological organ like the brain?
The answer is that none of this makes sense because it is a lie, and gender has no application to humans.
10. Schizophrenics, apotemnophiliacs, and anorexics have been shown to have different brains from mentally healthy people. Does this mean their delusions and feelings should be “affirmed”?
Just for the sake of argument, let us assume that a male can have ladybrains and that there is a replicable, reliable scan to show it. Clearly there is not, but let us just assume.
Studies have shown that schizophrenics, apotemnophiliacs, and anorexics can have observably different brains compared to mentally healthy individuals.
Do doctors affirm schizophrenics’ visual or auditory delusions because brain scans show structural differences? Obviously not. Nobody tells them that they really are Napoleon or Joan of Arc due to the voices in their heads; they are given anti-psychotic medication.
Similarly, doctors do not perform unnecessary amputations on apotemnophiliacs. They are diagnosed with body integrity identity disorder. Doctors do not give 70-pound anorexics liposuction. They are given treatment for their anxiety, depression, or childhood-based trauma.
Even if there were brain scans proving that males had structural brain differences, it would not warrant pretending those males can pass as, live as, or somehow be females because it would still be based on delusion.
Delusion is not identity. It is a symptom and an indication of a deeper problem, whether it be autogynephilia, bipolar disorder, childhood sexual abuse, etc. The damage done to society at large, and women’s spaces in particular, overshadows any value in “affirming” these delusions.
Conclusion
It is not difficult to refute the claim that a male can have a female brain as justification for the “trans” lie.
This was even cited by a very young Jazz Jennings, who has struggled with obesity and health problems in a perpetually prepubescent, mutilated male body artificially pumped full of estrogen, along with myriad mental issues related to his years of medical manipulation.
This claim is and always will be complete and utter nonsense…like the entire “trans” agenda itself.
Well said!
The scan results were probably skewed by reflections off the leftover glitter.
But on a serious note, this and other similar studies suffer from a fatal flaw - failing to control for sexual orientation, which HAS been shown in twin studies to be somewhat influenced by innate genetic factors.
As the below-linked study shows, once you control for sexual orientation, the results show that trans have brain scans typical of their sex, not their "gender identity."

And the following study noted that trans people with dementia tend to forget they are trans and revert to their original identities. It's not proof, but if trans was innate, we wouldn't expect that to happen:

Wow Kat, that is a master class in critical, logical and common sense thinking.
I'm restacking this and will share it with readers of PITT, as it would go a long way in arming them, when they meet these smoke & mirrors arguments, of the perverted ideologs.
Thank you and very well done!!
