Trans Makes You Dumb
Even If You're the Chancellor of a Top Medical School
Before we get to the topic of this post, an update on a previous story is necessary.
In August 2025, I reviewed the case of a neo-Nazi named Sven Liebich who claimed to be a woman named “Marla-Svenja.” Some claimed this man’s “transition” wasn’t valid due to his political views even though communists, libertarians, and democrat socialists have all trooned out. He’s just as valid as they are (none are).
Just recently, this man was sent to a women’s prison. If “trans” women are women, that’s where they belong, right?
How is he mocking this fraud? Is he any worse than Dylan Mulvaney or William “Lia” Thomas or Ellen Page? The whole thing is a mockery.
But wait! Immediately after sending him to a women’s prison, German officials then hastily transferred him to a men’s prison.
If he can be sent to a men’s prison, that means every man who claims to be a woman can be sent to a men’s prison. The only reason there are men in women’s prison is because the government chooses to allow it. These were stupid decisions in the first place, and these stupid decisions can be reversed. It’s simply a matter of will.
Now, speaking of stupid, onto the topic at hand.
Defending the lie that is “trans” makes you look ridiculous, even if you are smart.
We’re going to go through a series of viral videos that hit the internet in the past week because they are perfect demonstrations of why trying to defend the indefensible makes everyone look risible.
Then we’re going to wrap up with the pièce de résistance from the Maine Senate race featuring a lovely lady named “Ashley Webb,” a paradigmatic example of why “trans” is, at its core, just dumb.
Dr. Hawgood Goes to Washington
Sam Hawgood got his degree at the University of Queensland, did his residency at Royal Children’s Hospital in Brisbane, and had fellowships at Monash University and the University of California at San Francisco for his specialty in neonatology. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics, the American Association of Physicians, and the National Academy of Medicine.
He is now the Chancellor of UCSF, one of the best medical schools in the United States, where he earns a yearly salary of over $1.1 million.
Objectively, he appears to be an intelligent person.
And yet, he went viral this week for looking dumb after Representative Mary Miller, a Republican from Illinois, asked him about “pregnant people” and if a “non-biological woman” has ever had a baby when he testified in front of Congress, which has a cross-dressing man named Timothy McBride from Delaware as a member.
The correct answer to the question is no, obviously.
Only women can get pregnant and give birth, so no men have ever gotten pregnant or given birth. Women are by definition biological because we are our bodies. We’re not “non-men” and that’s clear, even if Representative Miller phrased her question clumsily.
Dr. Hawgood cannot say the truth publicly, even if he understands it innately, because his entire career rests upon repeating lies, specifically here about pregnancy, even though his specialty is neonatology. That is why he got unwanted attention from social media users for looking foolish as he fumbled his answers.
In order to understand what is going on here, we must understand what is going on at UCSF. Such institutions have carefully constructed policies and guidelines for its doctors and students, so these words and phrases do not fall out of the sky.
Representative Miller referenced the classroom guide entitled Framework for Gender Sex Concepts in Teaching, which is directly connected to the lies of “gender dysphoria” and “gender identity” as proposed in documents like the DSM and by organizations like WPATH.
These policies are specifically meant to require that medical students use “inclusive terminology” like “pregnant people” and “chestfeeding.”
No matter what AI says, this is not precise.
It is the opposite—lies that cause nothing but confusion and chaos, which is why Dr. Hawgood can’t answer straightforward questions, and he knows that if he told the truth he’d be fired. Medical students also understand that if they refused to toe the line they could be punished, ostracized, or dismissed from the program.
The pressure is intense, and that’s why this is never about people just living their lives. It’s a medical and legal agenda which leads to laws, public policy, lawsuits, insurance, and government action.
These policies are the result of years of lobbying and a deluge of money from donors like Marc Benioff, the CEO of Salesforce and owner of Time magazine, who has donated over $300 million to UCSF.
That’s how the UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital set up the Child and Adolescent Gender Center. This is what determines and shapes policies, not reality or common sense, and this is how “gender-affirming” care is advertised on the UCSF website.
These guys are way different from that neo-Nazi who just got sent to the men’s prison, so that’s why a major hospital proudly uses their images…right?
This is why when Dr. Hawgood stated “the vast majority of pregnancies are in women and I have absolutely no problem with using the word pregnant women” he thought he was actually making a concession.
He was intimating that he personally has no problem saying “pregnant women” because he is a reasonable person who can appeal to the less enlightened hoi polloi, which was meant to make him look amenable at that moment in front of Congress.
In the bubble in which he works and lives, that is actually a big deal and maybe a cause for controversy. He doesn’t understand that in the real world, and to normal people, the controversy lies in going along with any of this agenda in the first place.
Things didn’t get better for ol’ Dr. Hawgood as the Congressional hearing continued and others questioned him.
In fact, things got worse.
