The money, institutional capture, and media control behind the “trans” agenda is so extensive that it can sometimes appear overwhelming to those of us who fight against it.
However, the tide is turning because the pushback to these obviously ridiculous lies will prevail, and the most striking example is the spectacular failure of the judicial nomination of Sarah Netburn, who previously transferred a male criminal to a women’s prison.
Netburn, a graduate of Brown University and UCLA School of Law, is a magistrate judge who was nominated by the Biden administration to become a life-tenured district court judge.
During Senate hearings, the Senate Judiciary Committee questioned her decision to transfer William McClain, a male criminal who wants to be called “July Justine Shelby,” to a women’s prison. The Bureau of Prisons opposed the transfer, but Netburn decided in McClain’s favor.
Throughout his prodigious criminal career, the now 60-year-old McClain was convicted of raping a nine-year-old boy and 17-year-old girl, possession and distribution of child pornography, burglary, and arson—really feminine hijinks!
He is now at a women’s federal prison in Texas after complaining that he could not “live as a girl” in a men’s facility and other male prisoners groped the prosthetic breasts he was allowed to wear after being diagnosed with “gender dysphoria” (nonexistent).
Female prisoners have stated that he is exposing his male genitalia to them while he complains that the women have made it clear that he is not welcome there (why can’t men ever take a hint?).
The Senate Judiciary Committee leadership, Dick Durbin and Lindsey Graham, oversaw hearings that featured the Republican members of the committee tearing into Netburn’s idiotic decision.
Ted Cruz in particular confronted her choice to send a man to a women’s prison and called McClain “he” even after Netburn referred to the male rapist as “she” (watch below).
This is TERF language, and it is a shame that Republicans are the only ones with enough backbone to stand up and use it.
The majority Democrat members of the Senate Judiciary Committee include three women (Amy Klobuchar, Mazie Hirono, Laphonza Butler) while the minority Republican members include one (Marsha Blackburn).
They voted 11-10 to reject Netburn’s nomination while approving all other nominees.
All Republicans voted against her, and only one Democrat joined them—Jon Ossoff, a 37-year-old Jewish male Senator from Georgia. He has not responded publicly to questions as to why he rejected the nomination.
It must be asked here—do the Senators who voted in favor of Netburn’s nomination believe that she made the right choice to send a man to a women’s prison? Should she be entrusted with significant political power?
Do Amy Klobuchar, Mazie Hirono, and Laphonza Butler honestly think that a man with a long history of sexual violence and crime belongs around incarcerated women?
Do Cory Booker or Peter Welch, or any other Senator, even think that a man can become a woman?
They should be made to answer these questions, and their responses would be highly illuminating.
Netburn’s rejection is an extraordinarily positive development because it demonstrates that campaigning against these lies and an insisting on proper language (like calling a man “he” no matter what he demands) can produce real results.
This case serves as an example to other judges and political actors who want to further their careers. Many people who go along with the “trans” agenda do so simply out of cowardice because they want to be promoted, accepted, and invited to the cool kids’ parties since stepping even slightly out of line results in social ostracism.
The opposite has happened here. A judge has suffered negative repercussions in her career because she sent a man to a women’s prison and that decision alone demonstrates that she should not be trusted with even more political power.
Others who want to be promoted will think about those repercussions and subsequently deny requests from men who want to be in women’s prisons. Eventually, common sense can prevail and all men can be kept in men’s prisons. That will be the result from the work we do now.
Furthermore, cases involving male prisoners in women’s prisons demonstrate why the platitude “adults can identify how they like and do whatever they want!” is a fallacy that disintegrates in real life.
If a man claims that he is actually a woman and a doctor “affirms” him, it results official diagnoses, medication, health insurance claims, surgeries, etc.
These men will inevitably make demands that everyone else “affirm” this delusion as well, from schools to employers to sports organizations to governments to prisons.
When anyone refuses, it will lead to endless lawsuits, expensive settlements, and inevitably men in women’s prisons.
It is not feasible. Societies cannot function on such lies. William McClain is a man who belongs in a men’s prison because there is no such thing as “trans.”
Therefore, opponents of the “trans” fraud are necessary because the lie must be rejected in its entirety. That is the only way forward.
Ted Cruz called McClain “he”
The use of correct/ TERF language at public govt hearing is a stupendous step vs trans ideolo!!!!
(Trans) “must be rejected in its entirety. That is the only way forward. “ Exactly.
If even Ted Cruz gets it, WTF ppl?
TERF Train now boarding. ALL ABOARD!!!!
Jon Ossoff should be congratulated and letters of thanks sent to him! It takes courage to stand up for truth, even though that truth is self evident! I’m sure that a lot of Democrats know that trans is a big lie, but they’re too cowardly to say so. We need more Democrats to come forward.
