When discussing the “trans” agenda in terms of impersonal abstractions like politics, the medical industry, or media conditioning, it is easy to forget that flesh-and-blood individuals have their lives ruined by this lie.
One of the most striking public examples of how badly a person can be damaged by the “trans” fraud is a woman named Mackenzie McClelland.
A once well-known journalist, she received a fair amount of media attention in December 2021 with a cover story in New York magazine on her mutilation and surgeries after declaring she was a man named “Gabriel Mac.”
Though the publishers and editors probably thought they were accomplishing a great deal for inclusion and acceptance, many readers were horrified by the story and pictures, thereby leading to quite a few people being inadvertently peaked in the process.
To truly understand how and why this sad tale unfolded, it is necessary to understand her background. Examining her life, especially her childhood, reveals the nature of the damage caused by the “trans” lie. It should go without saying that there is no such thing as “transgender” or “gender identity,” and no one can be born in the wrong body.
Mackenzie was born and raised in Ohio. After graduating from Ohio State and the University of New Orleans, she moved to San Francisco and subsequently traveled widely and wrote extensively about the world and its conflicts, from Burma to Haiti to Cuba to Uganda.
One of her most personally revealing articles involves her cousin, Houston Herczog, who murdered his father during a psychotic break in 2011. She reveals that her Aunt Terri (her mother’s sister) also suffered from severe schizophrenia, requiring her to be hospitalized at age 16 and thereafter reside in state-assisted living until her death at age 52.
Mackenzie feared becoming like her:
Aunt Terri was schizophrenic. Period. When I was younger, I was afraid of her. Or on some level, I was afraid of being her, more likely, of not being able to tell the difference between real voices and voices in my head, of being pulled so deep into my imagination that I’d never get out.
She was also very open about her post traumatic stress disorder in her memoir Irritable Hearts. Controversy erupted when she wrote about how her mental illness was exacerbated as she reported on the rape epidemic in the aftermath of the 2010 earthquake in Haiti.
In the meantime, she married and divorced twice as she globetrotted, published pieces in publications like Mother Jones, and struggled with mental problems.
Most importantly, she has written poignantly about how her father raped her when she was five years old and continually abused her throughout her childhood. She had to get an abortion when she was 12 due to this incest and eventually successfully filed a claim with Ohio’s Crime Victims Compensation Program.
She still feels suicidal as she discusses her father in therapy:
He’s far away. He’s older. I’m much bigger and stronger now. He’s suffered zero repercussions, so probably already feels like he’s won. He’s not brave, because brave people don’t target babies. He might be as afraid of me as I am of him at this point. But nervous systems don’t speak Rational. My fear isn’t so much dying as being murdered by my primary torturer, and while it’s unlikely, it’s technically possible.
So the fear never goes away. I’ve had whole therapy sessions devoted to trying to make me less generally suicidal by teaching me that if my dad really showed up to kill me, I could kill myself then, first.
Sometime after her second divorce, when she was 37 years old, she declared that she was a man. This was after years of therapy, provided by supposedly reputable and licensed therapists.
She writes in “The End of Straight” for GQ:
Masquerading as a grown female, I had been assaulted. I'd been threatened, and ceaselessly harassed. At college, at work; around this country and outside it. On the other hand, personally—unlike uncountable millions of women—I hadn't been murdered.
She elaborates upon the intense desire for a savior during the abuse, which she now saw in the form of her so-called “transition” (i.e., mutilation):
It would take a lot of words to describe the total desperation I had for someone to come save me then. For a cavalry to arrive. And while it's true that none ever did, in the ways I need now, it finally has.
Despite her obviously unstable mental state and history, doctors removed her breast tissue, prescribed her testosterone, removed her uterus, and then finally explanted flesh from her thigh to sew a tube of skin to her crotch in a phalloplasty. This surgery can cost over $100,000.
Her phalloplasty doctors were Dr. Bauback Safa, Dr. Andrew Watt, and Dr. Mang Cheng. These three men are world-renowned microsurgeons at San Francisco’s Buncke Clinic, the most advanced microsurgery clinic in the world.
Now, in her 40s, Mackenzie has lived with her mutilated female body for several years, and her career is essentially over. She does not write for magazines like Mother Jones anymore and instead publishes pieces at a personal blog sadly titled The Faggot Witch Whenever.
Her current residence is an RV somewhere in Washington with a new “boyfriend” (a mutilated female like her) though she now claims to be asexual. Most alarmingly, her mental health appears to be deteriorating incrementally as her writing becomes more and more disjointed with each blog.
At this point, it is imperative to stop and reflect on what has happened to this woman.
A simple Google search would uncover her well-documented history of severe mental illness, abuse, and familial schizophrenia. Her world-renowned doctors could have discovered this easily even without asking her directly.
Why didn’t her doctors tell her she was trying to deal with serious trauma by essentially committing a pseudo-suicide, by pretending to be a man so she could avoid being the victim as a female? Why didn’t they tell her she was chasing a lie since it is impossible for a female to “feel like” she’s male?
The answers to those questions, as most should know by now, is that “trans” is a profit-driven agenda. Doctors are driven by dollars, not a desire to truly help those who suffer from mental illness.
Imagine this with any other condition. Imagine a 37-year-old anorexic demanding liposuction even though she weighed 70 pounds. Or a 37-year-old apotemnophiliac demanding the removal of her healthy leg. Or a 37-year-old depressive demanding that a doctor perform a lobotomy on her in 2024.
Adults cannot do whatever they want. This is especially true when it involves obviously mentally ill people pursuing an unattainable goal like becoming the opposite sex. This involves healthcare and insurance, which invariably involves business, public policy, and laws as well as sports, prisons, bathrooms, and schools. This is not just individuals living their lives how they choose.
When Mackenzie McClelland declared she was a man, the doctors and therapists who were meant to provide care and treatment to her should have told her no. That should be the answer to anyone who says she is in the wrong body. Healthcare providers can and do say no all the time, especially if patients cannot pay.
She needed real treatment, including anti-psychotics and therapy from a professional who recognizes that “trans” does not exist, like Amy Sousa. The medical system supposedly meant to help her failed to do so.
As a result, to put it plainly, her life and health have been destroyed. The expansive scar tissue on her thigh causes her intense pain and long-term testosterone use will cause complications, including hair loss and face bloat. Her fake penis will require multiple surgeries due to inevitable problems, including possible necrosis. Her issues related to childhood sexual abuse have not been properly addressed, and she continues to display suicidal ideation.
Prior to any possible suicide, she may realize that she is chasing a goal she cannot reach. She is not a man and never will be because there is no such thing as “transgender.” The only resolution is that these practices must end, much like lobotomies were ended.
She has become what she feared most because, like her Aunt Terri, she cannot discern between reality and delusion. She has gone so deep in her delusions that she now cannot get out.
Thanks for bringing this story to light. I always wondered who is the woman the media has chosen to advertise with that picture. Now I know. She became the ad for deep misogyny in western culture. Notice, you will never see anything as dehumanizing like this picture with males aka "trans women".
She looks absolutely unhealthy. I don't want to look at where she started. Those pictures of her as a young woman are like a reminder that this is, indeed, misogynist culture.
so terribly sad. so frighteningly wrong.
